Theme nights announced for 2025 season

Lacrosse fans, mark your calendars—Wednesday nights are once again game nights at Langley Events Centre. The Langley Senior Thunder are set to play all nine of their Western Lacrosse Association (WLA) home games at LEC, kicking off the season on May 21 and running through to late July.

Game time is set for 7:30pm for most matchups, except for three early starts on May 28, June 25, and July 9, when games will begin at 7:00pm.

This year’s home schedule will also feature three special theme nights, starting with their Home Opener on May 21 when the Thunder take on the Burnaby Lakers. On July 2, the team will celebrate Alumni Night as part of their 20th season in the Township of Langley, hosting the Maple Ridge Burrards. The season wraps up on July 23 with Tessa Beauchamp Night against the New Westminster Salmonbellies. For this finale, the Thunder will wear custom jerseys that will be auctioned off to support the Tessa Beauchamp Foundation.
